Located a short 20 minute drive from Cowan Creek Lodges is Terrapin Creek. There are sevearal outfitters that offer kayak and canoe rentals for a relaxing trip down Terrapin Creek.
Cherokee Rock Village
Located 20 minutes from Cowan Creek Lodges is a great rock climbing park overlooking scenic Weiss Lake. Enjoy exhilarating rock climbing and relax at the end of the day at Cowan Creek Lodges lakeside.
